A Few of My Favorite Things
As a pediatric PT and mom of two, I’ve learned that caring for myself helps me show up better for everyone else. In this birthday blog post, I’m sharing my favorite mom things—like eye patches, my fave hair ties, Goodr sunglasses, my Laurel Denise planner, and the Ceres Chill breastmilk chiller (which doubles as a wine cooler!). These small joys keep me grounded in the chaos of motherhood and remind me that little moments of self-care matter.
